Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you find yourself not entirely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return it for a full or partial refund under the Distance Sales Agreement you've agreed to. This document outlines our unified return and refund policy for a seamless process.
Returns
Return Window: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received the item(s).
Condition for Returns:
Stimulator: Can be returned whether new or used, as long as it's returned within the return window. There should not be any cracks or scratches.
Ear Electrodes: Must be in unused condition for a full refund. Used ear electrodes are eligible for a partial refund, due to health considerations.
Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Procedure:
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, you must first contact our customer service team at sales@vagustim.io to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When requesting an RMA, you are required to specify the condition (not opened, opened, or used) of each item you wish to return. This information is crucial as it helps us to preliminarily assess the eligibility for a full or partial refund based on the item's condition.
Packaging for Return: Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging. Ensure the device is secure and well-protected within the package. Vagustim cannot accept returns for items damaged during return shipping. It's the sender's responsibility to ensure that items are properly packaged and protected to prevent any damage during transit.
Return Shipping: Send the return package to the address that will be provided upon your refund request. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Processing: Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund. The type of refund (full or partial) will be determined based on the condition of the returned items and following our policy specifics.
Timeline: Allow up to 30 days from the receipt of your return for us to process it. After processing, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your original method of payment.
Additional Guidelines
Shipping Instructions: Adhere to the return shipping instructions provided with your RMA and/or Distance Sales Agreement. The Distance Sales Agreement prevails in case of any conflict.
Incorrect Returns: In instances where an item is sent back to an address other than the one specified for returns, we reserve the right to cancel the refund. It's critical to ensure that the return package is addressed correctly as per the instructions provided with your RMA number to avoid complications in processing your refund.
Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us promptly to arrange for a refund or exchange.
